This past week appears to have been mainly a site tidy up week. Scaffolding has now all come down and interior rooms have all been swept out (following purchase of second brush as Niall managed to snap the first one in half after just two sweeps!).
Plasterers have arrived and have started setting the windows in readiness for the scratch coat. They have also managed to fill a lot of the gaps around the electrical sockets.
The most important development of all is that the bird cages have been fitted to the chimney pots.... well before nesting season. That will keep mother-in-law happy! I've got to be No. 1 son-in-law again now surely!
NO BIRDS HERE!
